Clash broke out between MIM and Congress workers at Mehdipatnam

Hyderabad: MIM supporters try to disrupt Congress rally as a part of the GHMC election campaign at Mehdipatnam on Wednesday. As per Hans India reports, leader of opposition in legislative council Mohammed Ali Shabbir, Congress and activists undertook a massive rally with Mehdipatnam contestant Mohammed Abdul Khaleq. When the rally was passing through the lane between Murad Nagar and Mehdipatnam, the MIM activists allegedly raised slogans and tried to intimidate Congress workers. Both MIM and Congress workers clash. Even Former Mayor and MIM candidate, Mohammed Majid Hussain was present at the spot when a group of wrongdoers tried to disrupt the rally.Police arrived at the spot and dispatched additional forces to prevented the possile clash.
